Keeping in view the interest of people to get affordable housing in Delhi, the society has decided to purchase the land in L Zone (Najafgarh) defined in DDA-MPD 2021.


An integrated Project with a mix of Residential, Commercial, Medical and Institutional Facilities. External infrastructure will be developed by DDA within the stipulated time frame under MPD-2021.

Availability of Membership

Membership is open and approval of membership will be confirmed on the payment of final instalment of land cost as per the Payment Schedule. Members who pay one time land cost will be given down payment discount.

How to become a Member

Membership is open for all. Register yourself by filling the prescribed form along with Registration fee (Non-Refundable) Rs 11,000/- , Share Money Rs 100-/ and Annual Subscription fees Rs 2,400/-

Cost Escalation

We have taken the construction cost as per the last few years trend of escalation in raw material, in case of escalation in the prices of raw material the same would be shared on pro-rata basis as per the size of the flat.

Development Cost

Any development cost that may be levied by the Government, shall be charged extra and borne by the members in a uniform manner.

Maintenance Cost

Actual maintenance cost shall be arrived, once the possession process is complete.

Bye-Laws of the Society

The bye-laws of the Society have been approved by the Registrar. All the essential documents like society registration, land documents, constitution, agreements, site location are available at society office for referring purpose.
